Satsang Flows for Nepal: A donation-based Class for Moving Mountains
Join the Satsang community for two special Sunday Vinyasa Flow classes in support of Moving Mountains: Rhode Island Moves for Nepal and communities impacted by the devastating August floods. — the 8 am & 9:15 am with the incredible Shannah Green!
Shannah’s Vinyasa Flow classes weave movement, breath, philosophy + spiritual practice into an experience that extends far beyond the mat. On this Sunday, that practice becomes an opportunity to gather with intention and turn something we already do together into tangible support for Nepal.
Come as you are. Move, breathe + practice in community, knowing that your presence is part of something larger.
Proceeds from both classes will benefit the Moving Mountains Fund, providing direct support for flood relief, recovery + resilience efforts in Nepal. Learn more at movingmountainsri.org/takepart
